Beautifully maintained and high standard room with a soft bed which is rare, I had an enjoyable stay. Extras like WiFi, coffee, and a hair dryer were appreciated. The staff provided really great service and helped me with bags.

Our location was ideal and comfortable, nearby a bus station. We had the twin/double room which was nicely furnished. The service was really great with an easy check-in.

Their staff were not very helpful.

The food was fresh and there were plenty of dishes in the menu. There were extremely comfy beds and a couch and a kettle inside the room. The hotel's position was particularly good and perfect close to restaurants and a stadium.

Reasonably priced and well-appointed room overlooking the city. Unbeatable and exceptionally nice location, around 10-15 minutes walk from Happy Valley Racecourse. Next to bars and cafés and the train station available in front of the hotel.

And next to the good shops and sights, Causeway Bay and Wan Chai metro and the key shopping area in Causeway Bay.

Best possible and strategic location to Causeway Bay subway station with views of the town. Based next to MTR, shopping malls and many eateries and bakeries and a nearby restaurant for breakfast. Plenty of options, local food😀

Stylish and special hotel in Hong Kong with exceptional staff with a different member of staff. Very central location, perfect base for discovering Hong Kong. Short walk to shopping, train station, the harbour and the centre. Honestly nothing to complain about.

The hotel was fairly clean and unique, had exceptional views of the hills and the Happy Valley racetrack. It was in a particularly good location with Times Square nearby. Also, I appreciated to be close to restaurants and a stadium.

We had a great stay at Ease Causeway Bay! The staff was amazing and made us feel welcome. The hotel is located in a vibrant area with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious. The interior design was elegant and the bathroom was well-equipped. We will definitely choose Ease Causeway Bay again when we return to the city.

Great Location , clean room with great view..(stayed on 27th floor) Nice bathroom, comfortable bed. Great friendly staff. Needed to alter airconditioning.. got very cold during night Transport including buses and trams just opposite hotel..
